With the Women World Cup starting soon we at Raglan JFC are happy to announce that we have been chosen to be a holder of the Huddle United Festival in 2023.
Huddle aims to introduce girls aged between four and 11 to football in a fun, relaxed, sociable and friendly way to ensure they have a positive first experience of football. The Huddle Festival will be delivered by our dedicated and hard working coaches, volunteers and players who want to grow the number of girls playing football in our local area.
The festival is free to enter, although places are limited and attendance will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. The festival will be on a GRASS surface so girls should wear trainers or moulded boots, appropriate clothing and where possible shin pads. Girls should arrive changed and ready to play [Please note, this festival will be played outdoors, and players must dress ready for the weather]
The festival is split into two groups:
Group 1; 9:30AM- 1PM for Reception to Year 6
Each child MUST have a parent or guardian onsite for supervision throughout the event.
Entry to the festival is via Google Forms https://forms.gle/1bZwKJv5z3vVpmgf9
If you intend to bringing more than one child please fill in a separate form for each child
We look forward to seeing you on the day; if you have any questions, queries or issues please contact Jamie, Raglan JFC Chairperson, on raglanfootballclub@gmail.com.
