🌟 Raglan JFC Secures “Environments for Her” Grant 💜🖤🤍

We are delighted to share some fantastic news — Raglan JFC has been awarded funding through the Environments for Her grant, a huge step forward in making our club more inclusive, welcoming, and sustainable for the future.

đź›  What This Means for Our Club

Thanks to this grant, we’ll be able to:

  • Install new cubicles to provide privacy and comfort for all players.
  • Repair and upgrade our boiler and showers, ensuring reliable hot water for training and match days.
  • Paint the inside and outside walls.
  • Create additional storage space, helping us keep equipment safe, organised, and accessible.

These improvements will transform our facilities, making them more supportive of female players and ensuring everyone feels valued and comfortable at Raglan JFC.

⚽ Expanding Girls’ Football

This grant isn’t just about facilities — it’s about opportunity. We’re committed to growing our girls’ sections and providing more pathways for young players to thrive. To make this happen, we need:

  • Volunteer coaches who are passionate about developing talent.
  • Helpers and role models who can support sessions and inspire the next generation.

If you’ve ever thought about getting involved in grassroots football, now is the perfect time to join us.

👩‍🦰 Building a Women’s Team for 2026/27

We’re excited to share that we are looking to restart the Raglan JFC Women’s Team. Our vision is to rebuild the squad and, with the right players, coaching staff and volunteers, enter the league next season.

This is a fantastic opportunity for local women to get back on the pitch, enjoy the game, and be part of something special as we grow together.

đź’¬ Get Involved

Raglan JFC has always been about community, inclusivity, and opportunity. This grant is a milestone, but it’s just the beginning. Whether you’d like to coach, volunteer, or simply spread the word, your support will help us build something truly special.
