Exciting news for the Raglan JFC community — we’re gearing up to launch a brand‑new Men’s Team for next season, and the momentum is already building.

Over the past few weeks, there’s been a huge amount of interest from players and supporters who want to see a senior side representing the club. With that enthusiasm behind us, it’s time to take the next step and begin forming a squad ahead of entering the East Gwent League.

👏 Coaches Already Getting Involved

It’s fantastic to see so many of our own coaches keen to support the new team. Their experience and passion will be a massive boost as we build something sustainable for the long term.

👥 Target Squad Size

To keep things enjoyable and manageable for everyone, we’re aiming for a squad of around 15 players. This gives us enough depth for weekly fixtures without expecting players to commit to full matches every single week.

📢 Help Us Spread the Word

Now we need the community’s help. If you know anyone who might be interested — former players, parents, friends, or anyone looking to get back into football — point them our way. The sooner we gather our squad, the sooner we can get preparations underway for the new season.
