How to register a NEW player

1. If you have been asked to register your child, please click the registration form link to the right and complete the form.
2. Once you have completed the form please send a photo of your child to us. This must be a head and shoulders photograph and should be sent to our secretary on raglanfcsecretary@gmail.com, please include your child’s full name in the email.
3. We now request a payment of fees to cover the year, this currently stands at £110 for the season 2025-26 with a reduced payment of £55 for groups that are not involved in fixtures.
4. Following completion of the form, receipt of a photo, and payment of subs our secretary will begin your child’s registrations onto ‘FAW COMET’, this registers your child with the Football Association of Wales, it is mandatory for all children Under 6 and above in order for them to play football with a club.
5. Shortly after this you will receive an email from us that will contain a registration document for you to check, sign and date. This form must be returned to us within 5 working days as it expires after this time.
   • Please note that the signature on the form may be electronic however the FAW insist that it is hand drawn.
6. Once you have returned the signed form, this will be submitted to the FAW, once they have confirmed details you will receive an automatically generated email from them confirming your child’s COMET ID number and that they are eligible to play for Raglan JFC.
