At Raglan JFC we want to create an environment where EVERYONE has an equal opportunity, is included, and feels that they belong.
When registering with Raglan JFC you are agreeing to support the FAW ‘Behind the line, behind the team’ campaign that insures that everyone involved in Football finds it fun safe and positive experience.
Like all clubs in Wales we abide by the FAW regulations for safeguarding and discrimination. All our coaches have had done the recommended leaders course but Raglan JFC wants to be proactive in our approach through campaigning and education to raise awareness of anti-discrimination to Members of the Football Family in Wales.
All our coaches also complete the Challenging Discrimination in Football online courses with the FAW, details can be found here https://pawbcourses.cymru/courses/challenging-discrimination-in-football/
We also encourage any person affected by discrimination, of any kind, to Report It here with the FAW; https://www.faw.cymru/reportit
