WELLBEING MATTERS
At Raglan Junior Football Club we are committed to looking after the wellbeing of our young players as well as their footballing skills. We have been working closely with the Gwent Community Psychology team, led by Dr. Rhiannon Cobner, to develop a support programme for our players, our coaches and parents. We hope to support the wellbeing of all involved with our football club.
As well as developing the support programme, we are building an outdoor communal area as an effective communication space for all, and fitting benches around our grounds to encourage “chatting”. This is an ongoing commitment for the club. Our initiatives have brought us closer to our village community and we look forward to forging ever stronger links into the future.
